TROI operates an online ticketing platform (the "Platform") that allows users to purchase tickets to various events and experiences. 2. TROI Services Ltd and Shotgun SAS

TROI is a ticketing agent that provides a Platform where end-users can purchase tickets to events organized by third-party organizers. TROI's technology partner, Shotgun SAS ("Shotgun"), provides the infrastructure and payment system for the Platform. TROI is not responsible or liable for any activities by Shotgun towards event organizers, ticket buyers, third-parties, or external clients of Shotgun.

3. TROI Services Ltd, Shotgun SAS, and Stripe

TROI uses Shotgun's technology to process payments for ticket purchases. The countries where this service is available for event organizers are listed on the Platform. However, Customers can purchase tickets globally using all major debit and credit cards. TROI complies with Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Ticket Sales

TROI acts as an intermediary between Shotgun, the event organizers (the "Organizers") and the users purchasing tickets (the "Customers"). TROI is not responsible for the events itself, including but not limited to its cancellation, postponement, or any other changes made by the Organizer. Customers purchase tickets through the Platform and agree to be bound by both Shotgun and the Organizer's terms and conditions as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment

Customers are responsible for paying the full price of the tickets they purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees. Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made through various payment methods offered by Shotgun. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Shotgun and Organizer's terms and conditions or as required by applicable law.

6. Delivery

After payment has been made, Customers will receive a confirmation of their purchase via email by Shotgun. The confirmation will include details about the event, the purchased tickets, and any other relevant information. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and up-to-date.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or any other changes made by the Organizer, Customers will be notified via email by Shotgun. Shotgun will work with the Organizer to provide refunds to Customers in accordance with the Shotgun and the Organizer's terms and conditions and any applicable laws and regulations. TROI is not responsible for any refunds or additional costs incurred by Customers, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

- Purchasing tickets with the intent to resell them at a higher price

- Using the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm any person

- Interfering with the operation of the Platform or any related systems or networks

TROI reserves the right to terminate any user's access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TROI is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Customers as a result of using the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. TROI's liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant ticket(s).

10. Privacy Policy

TROI collects and processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the Platform. By using the Platform, Customers consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data. When you visit our website, we or our partners may process data in the form of cookies or other technologies. We also share information about your use of our website with our social media, advertising, and analytics partners. Our partners may combine this information with other data that you have provided to them or that they have collected as part of your use of the Services. For this, we require your consent.
